Dietary restrictions? Foods that cause discomfort?

Hi everyone! I've been trying to do some research and find out if certain foods tend to bother patients with IBD more so than others, and if so, what those foods are. I've been reevaluating my diet lately and want to eat healthier, but unfortunately really struggle with that because I find that a lot of healthier foods cause me discomfort. Anything with seeds or skins tend to bother me so that eliminates most fruits and some vegetables. I can eat apples and peaches if I peel them, but berries are a complete no no for me. I may eat a few grapes here and there but try to avoid eating a large amount. I cannot eat popcorn or corn in any form. Lettuce in small moderation as well. Just most things high in fiber or that are hard to digest bother me, even in remission. I tolerate dairy fairly well and do not seem to have issues with caffeine. Anything multigrain or containing nuts I also avoid. If I do eat these things I usually get a very "gurgly" feeling and have a lot of discomfort. The only time I've ever actually thrown up due to food is when I ate berries with a lot of seeds (strawberries and raspberries). I know my issues are due to the stricturing I have in my small intestine from heavy scarring. My question for all of you is if you have any diet restrictions and if so what are they, and how do you manage to maintain a healthy diet while working around those restrictions? Thanks for all help and advice in advance!

20 year old female
Moderate to severe Crohn's Disease of the ileum
Fistula from ileum to rectum (no problems with it now)
Diagnosed at age 14--symptoms were present at age 12 but went undiagnosed for 2 years
Immediately treated with Remicade 2010-2014--opted to go off upon starting college
Imuran 2014-present 125 mg daily
Humira injection every 2 weeks; November 2015-present

Have basically been in remission since diagnosis in 2010; no extreme flare ups requiring major medical assistance since; potential signs of relapse in 2015 leading to the use of Humira along with the Imuran to stay on top of the disease

Hi. I may forget something here. I can't do dairy. I substitute with almond milk products mostly. I can't do gluten but there are gluten free foods. I avojd nuts and seeds except o might do pesnuts in a smoothie. Ever since my resection, I have to avoid skin. It seems like every so often I discover something else I can't eat. I can't do marinara sauce. Vegetables have to be well cooked.

I personally cant have any fruit at all, I cant have veg except for onions, leeks, potatoes and sweet potatoes. I cannot have any lactose products, so anything milk. I stick to lacto free, dairy free or soya. And egg ive started to be dodgy with, but fried seems to be ok. I cant take sweets like haribo and also oven meals even if there milk free so I think it might be the chemicals and proccessed part that does it. I used to be able to tolerate mozzerrela in very rare doses but cant anymore. Oh what fun lives we live haha.
