Disability Tax Credit

Hi everyone,

I was hoping maybe someone could give me advice on 'wording' when applying for disability tax credit. I've applied 3 times. Been denied each time as my crohn's case is not severe enough or needing life saving aid. I've heard that they have become a little more lenient now and I was advised that this might be a good opportunity to try again. Can anyone with the crohn's diagnosis tell me what categories they fell under and what might be important to say.

Hello,
I have severe Crohn’s, and have the forms for DTC, I have to bring my forms to my GI. It sure would help, especially that I miss work quite often.
I’d keep trying if I were you. Also, if you’re on meds, you should include that you have life sustaining therapy.
