you may be allergic to those things, but not everyone will have the same sensitivities. Be careful of bakery goods as well. You can drink herbal teas, which are generally decaffeinated. Green tea troubles me, but otherwise most herbals (as long as they do not have additives like red dye, etc.) are fine. Pastas can be killers too! Experiment and eliminate foods. I have been off dairy for over 15 years and never looked back. I will have hard boiled eggs now and then, but nothing more than that. Once you have been off them and feel good, stay off and you will continue to feel good. Your body will not have the inflammation it had on those foods and your stomach will have time to heal.
