I feel as though i need to, and would really love too; however, i find myself not being able to and chalking it up to another insomnia night followed by a fatigued day! Lord give me strength.

I can't sleep during work, but I sure do on the weekends. Even if I feel good when I wake up and start to get stuff one, I am left utterly exhausted and feeling sick and have to go to bed.

Every day, going to bed seems like the highlight of my day :(

I don't even sleep at night let alone during the day haha. I don't know what it is but if there is even a little bit of light I can't sleep. There's absolutely nothing wrong with a nap though

Sleep, what's that. I wake in a panic most nights due to lack of oxygen from pulmonary odeema. Now we have a heatwave. It has been over 100deg three days this week. Tuesday was worst at 104deg. Idon't have aircon just a fan.I sit on the bed each morning and often go to sleep for twenty minutes sitting up. Ron.

I NEED at least 20 minutes every day to rest....and if I am super busy during the week, I can't do anything over the weekend but sleep and lie around. My body craves it.

Just had by B12 dosage upped today from 1/2cc to 1 cc (1 ml). We will see if it offers any help at all....

I find that it's usually an hour or so after eating that I feel totally wiped out and have to have a lie down.

i need a sleep in the afternoon but cant have one as work, I do at the weekends when the kids have a sleep for an hour or sox

Feel drained during the week

Im finding that Im able to "hold it together" during the week, but come Saturday and Sunday I literally sleep for hours!

I take naps in my car when I'm on lunch break from work.
Hard to make it through the afternoon/evening without one.

Ive taken to grabbing a quick nap while my 2 kids are having quiet time and the little one i watch 2-3 days a week is having his nap, otherwise im shattered by dinner

I believe some of it is caused by the anemia…iron and b12 deficiency. I have a b12 injection every 3 months and I’m supposed to take iron tablets 3 times a day but they have an adverse effect on stomach, causing diarrhoea.
