Dotted skin and medicines

Hello!

I have a question.

I have little red spots on my skin on my body. There are more and more since I have Crohn's disease.

My medicines are Imuran and pentasa. Anybody have this symptoms too? I don't know the cause of my problem, but it's frustrating.

In summer , this spots disappears. In cold days I can see them better.

I have tiny red dots on my arms. Started high up on my arms but just yesterday noticed they are also lower on my arms too.

I would love to know if anyone knows what they are and where they came from.
