EHELP!! Enema?!

Ok ive got an upper endo & flex sig tomorrow & they wamt me to use 2 fleets enemas. Help! Ive never had to use one before... Im freaking out. Any tips on making this easier? And how many times will I go?

My boyfriend said hed do it but I would ratjer not LOL

Coat the part you insert with ky jelly .
It isn't that bad. Lay on side with knees to chest.
You will cramp but hold for at lest five minutes.will work fast and last about thirty minutes if that Long
