This sounds strange but Im getting a real dizzy euphoric feeling when I eat. Not sure what this is but this last week has not been good . A lot of D in the mornings and then it tapers off after lunch time. Taking the ASA to keep things at bay but I feel this is becoming less effective. The dizzy thing is really weird. Im now also gettin pain on the left side which I have never had before. Probably just a progression but if anybody knows what causes this I would like to know your thoughts.

Undiagnosed IBD for three years .

ASA 800mg x 4 day
neurontin for pain .

First...go to the Dr.

Secondly I'm gonna guess. I think your blood sugar is low, I think you are dehydrated. All the blood is rushing to your bowel when you eat. I am also thinking you are anemic. And you really need to be seen by a Dr.

I really hope you do go to the Dr and get to feeling better soon!

Thanks Terriernut, been to see doc this morning and im going into hospital this afternoon. says i am dehydrated and something levels in blood bla bla. Also have urine/kidney infection, this is always happening for some reason.Cant believe im dehydrated , been drinking more water than usual although i have been waking up really dry in the middle of the night lately. He thinks im loosing more blood than I know. Abdomen sore all the time as usual but getting quite nauseus in the mornings.
Thanks for the advice, lets see what happens .

Ok ive been sent home with antibiotics for kidney infection, told i am very dehydrated and my pain they said yeah your probably a bit constipated. That must be a joke. Will let me know about blood test on thursday when I go for my appointment with pain clinic, All in all its what I expect. Still feel really losey but hey no bad news is always good.

Hang on a minute. Did they at least give you fluids by IV to 'fill you up' so to speak? The blood work is going to be telling, but you should've gotten that back before they released you.

The NHS is cutting back. My RBC got down to 7 and I wasnt given a transfusion. (Honey...I was hallucinating!) I am thinking you have a good GP, (not like me) and they can keep with you and what is going on??? Did you get seen by a GI while you were in there? You need to have been!

Feeling really crap since I got back so my wife has phoned outpatients and im goin back over , typical . Well at least i will get some major pain killers and I just might get a nights sleep. NHS stands Nonsense health service. here we go again.

I'm not a Dr. But, can you tell me about your bowel movements? Are you constipated? Can you give me information on your 'movements'.

Sorry...luv, we DO talk about everything here. And we are here to help.

You can PM me if you wish??
