This is a 100 page paper on IBD in Canada... it contains a lot of information that would be of benefit for anyone who wants to learn a bit more about IBD though.

Hey guys,

You're very welcome, I stumbled across it at the CCFC website and thought it was definitely worth sharing, so much info, stuff that most don't even think about...and the nice thing is that it has a broad perspective of just how IBD effects more than just our bowels.
