Hi i have been testing for crohns for 3 month now still didn't get answer i did 2 endoscopy and colonoscopy. 2 time crp and esr. 3 times fecal calprotectin all normal, but i have some cramps thats all from 1 month. Its in small bowel area. Last fecal calprotectin was under 30 yesterday i did it. What else should i do any help.

Only place left would be small intestine
Which would be a capsule endoscopy (pillcam ) and MRE (mri woth entography )
If those are clean then probably not Crohns

I did MRI all small intestine normal only in terminal ileum there is thickness 6mm and 3cm lenght the took biopsy and the result normal.

When I went to UCLA to their clinic they reminded me CD can often be a diagnosis through elimination. Mine was found with a Small Bowel Series, CT scans and blood work

good luck don't give up

What does your GI think is causing the thickening of the terminal ileum? And is the biopsy negative for inflammation or for granulomas (which a minority of crohn’s patients have)? Could the thickening be a sign of chronic inflammation? I would make sure your GI answers those questions and offers an explanation for the thickened terminal ileum. Good luck.

he said maybe from celiac disease, and yes the result negative. He said if you have cramp we can start with crohns medicine, i told hold on and i wanna to do pillcam but i have to wait until October.

You can be tested for coeliac disease with a simple blood test, and biopsies from your duodenum during an oral endoscopy. If these are negative it will not be coeliac disease. I would suggest a pill cam.
Someone else on this forum has upper small bowel / stomach Crohn's disease and his fecal calproctectin was 30.

Thanks. I already confirmed for celiac disease from 2016.and i will see my GI next sunday to order pill cam.in last 3 days now my symptoms yellow lose stool 4 times day I'm really tired.
