feeling better

HI

My last post I had a bad reaction to Salofalk, off all meds now. Trying to eat right and exercise. Pain management is with marijuana.

Food starts with as much fruit as I can eat, and as little dairy and alcohol as possible. Gluten free stuff helps. Vitamins- D, B50 complex, Omega 3, multi-Vit. Still have good and bad days. Always looking for new ideas and ways to live better. Thanks to this forum we have a lot of input to help.

Glad you are feeling better. Salofalk did nothing for me, but eating right and exercise does help. Mj has been proven to be affective but being in Canada it is very hard to get it legally. Most doctors will not stand behind it as they only know the drugs they learn about.

Everyone is different hope it works for you long term!

Hi Spiderman8,

Good luck with your current regiment. Is your vitamin D D3? That is supposed to be the best form to take and other forms do not provide the same benefits typically in tests when compared against D3.

Thanks for the update, Spiderman8. I am glad it's a good one, too!

I hope your health continues to improve.

Hi Spiderman8

It's good to hear that things are improving for you - and that you are feeling better.

Keep us posted with how you're getting on with your new regime

Hugs
