So I went in for my first does yesterday. I have to admit, the injections themselves weren't so bad.

The one comment I have, and I wonder if it is all in my head, is that I am extremely tired today. I don't think I slept poorly last night. I've noticed that I'm dosing at my desk and really struggled during my morning deposition. Is this normal?

Also, I will be traveling to Hawaii on the Monday before my next dose (on Thursday). has anyone ever traveled with pins? Any suggestions? Thanks.

I made an old thread about Humira and fatigue a while back if you're interested in checking it out. http://www.crohnsforum.com/showthread.php?t=41595 Turns out that fatigue isn't listed as a side effect in the USA but apparently is listed in other countries like Australia. I wouldn't right away right it off as a side effect though because in the USA fatigue is listed but mentions that it could be caused by something else which Humira may cause (this is mentioned in the thread). Be sure to tell your doctor about it. For me the Fatigue did start to become less but I only took it for 3 months so I don't know if it would have gone away completely for me or not.

I haven't traveled with it personally but found an older thread that talks about Humira and traveling: http://www.crohnsforum.com/showthread.php?t=12698

I've seen other threads about traveling with Humira and the main concern seems to be keeping it cool for the trip rather than dealing with security. Battery powered coolers have been mentioned in a few threads and some mentioned to contact Abbott (makers of Humira) about it for more info.
