Getting Humira in Egypt

I will be moving to Egypt in mid-2013 with my work and need to find out how to get Humira in Cairo. It may be possible to have it shipped from my home country (New Zealand) but the costs involved may be an issue.

I understand Abbott has an office in Cairo...

Has anyone else had dealings with obtaining Humira in Egypt as a foreigner?
