I recently got into the whole no gluten free, I'm just giving it a test run. I bought this box of pasta and they are gluten free but 6 grams of fibre per 1/6th box. So I'm wondering if that's a "yay", or a "nay". Thanks guys
It really just depends on you. Some of us can handle fiber and others can't. Try it in a small amount and see how you feel. I would suggest maybe trying it with a non-tomato sauce because tomato sauce can be a trigger food for many of us too. That way if you feel sick you'll be better able to tell if it came from the pasta or the sauce. What is the pasta made from? I find the the pasta made from brown rice tends to digest just fine for me.
It's made from brown rice. And I tend to stay away from tomato sauce unless eating a treat of pizza. I like cabonara sauce anyways. But thanks for the reply. I'll be staying away from it for a while yet as I'm in a horrible flare that I can't seem to shake.
It's a good idea not to try new food during a flare : ) For me during a flare, I tend to eat plain fish, plain chicken, yogurt, avocado, banana, and soup. Good luck!
