Goat herd attendents and MAP in India

Another 'red flag' with regards to MAP. Here's the thing that irks me... OK, so it isn't 100 percent proof positive (but then, what in life is?) BUT, and it is a major BUT, studies have shown (as this does) that intestinal problems in humans are higher if MAP is present.
So why aren't animals with Johnes quarantined and removed from the human food chain?

I mean, I doubt that removing any source of MAP from my diet would benefit me at all, but anyone out there who hasn't been exposed to MAP (yet) shouldn't be exposed in the future...

Before I was diagnosed with CD I'd worked for few years in dairy industry mainly as a lab technician, quality inspector. Had been involved in dairy testing on daily basis, drunk litres of milk and milk related products, both pasteurized and raw and I must say I'm more than convinced this is one of the factors that caused my gastric problems.
