Green poo???

green poo???

So...I've been taking a multi-vitamin for the past few months, and every day around 3pm, I have the most disgusting colored green poo ever!!!! I know it has something to do with the vitamins...but does anyone know exactly what it is that turns poo green?? I've just always been curious...

I've heard and seen vegetables doing this but never a vitamin. What kind of vitamin is it? Maybe there is some sort of dye in it that is causing it?

ive had blue powerade give me green poo!
but nope, never a vitamin.

im glad you know whats causing it though, that would suck if you had green poo and had no idea why!

It's Centrum Materna, a multi vitamin...weird that it's the only thing that I can think of that's doing this to me. If I miss a day, I do'nt have green poo...weird.
