Hey,
So lately I have started drinking green tea, since I have read soo much about it and found a lot of benefitial effects. What I have found out that it had AMAZING effect on my stool and the frequency of me going to bathroom has significantly decreased, which is kinda good because I am not as dependant on bathroom as I was.
So basically what I do is I boil 1l of wather and I wait for it to cool down a bit. Then I put green tea leaves in it and leave it for 3 to 4 mins to filter it. After I put that in a pot I wait for it to cool down even more, and then I put 1 lemon. I drink that trought the day.
A reminder: It helped me so I can not guarantee if it will help you, but I do hope it will.

did you replace coffee with green tea?
I love green tea!!!
I stopped drinking coffee years ago (and used to love it) and replaced with green tea and sometimes peppermint tea. I pour the boiling water and just add some cold in to cool it down…..gives you a bit of a boost too.

it was the opening to my organic life
along with green tea...i started to just avoid

People that work for a whole day should put it in a heat-resistant bottles and carry it with them :D

I love green tea. I recommend it to everyone. It has so many health benefits, and is affordable everyone (that can) should be taking it.

I also love green tea. My favourite is Green Tea with Strawberry. I also recommend Peppermint Tea, helps with spasms and digestion.

Yea so I have started drinking Oolong tea too, and it has almost the same benefits as green tea. :D

I've been switching to green tea from my 3 cups of coffee per day. I cant say it has helped me but coffee hurt so I can still get the caffeine boost without needing to immediately go to the bathroom.

I do miss the coffee though. I love coffee.

I know what you mean..
I am not a big fan of coffee, but I used to drink it when I had my finals, and it REALLY messed up my bowels (especially the instant one).:(
It took me a week to get back to normal state. :p

Thx for sharing, any brands worth checking out that wouldn't have additives in it?

I think that as long as you buy unprocessed one you will be allright. :D
I buy my teas in a specialized tea store, where you can get them organic so there are actually no special brands. :p
I do not use the ones found in a typical store where you can buy them in tea bags because I find that those don´t have the effect as good as unprocessed ones.
Brewing you´r own will give you the best results. :D

How do you make this tea as surely (with my very limited knowledge of biologics) a temp range of tea (80-100deg C) would destroy the bacteria?

Lol..no idea mate...I prepare it as I would prepare other green tea using warn water...I wanted to try a green tea and while searching on the rack I found this one to have probiotics and was priced fairly, so didn't think much really before buying it.
