So........ its been a while but I thought I'd drop by to see how you all are. Plenty of new faces, I see. Nice to see some of the old familiar ones though. Hope you all had a good chrstmas and new year, we did. Anyway, I've been doing really well, I've actually had to start going to the gym and swimming regularly as I have reached my ideal weight (yay!!) except I now have wobbly bits lol I'm sure the gym will sort them out though. Well, hope to have a chat with you all sometime soon.

Like I said "I've NEVER seen him looking better" Read between the words and it becomes evident that I didn't intend to just let his comment go un-answered, ;-)

If I was better looking than Kev, I would put my picture up.

Just consider yourselves lucky I am too lazy to try figure out how put a picture here.

Yeah, as anyone can tell just by looking at my pix here, it was taken by a world class photographer... OK, aside from some cartoonish semi resemblence to the 'real' me, I for one find it easier to relate in my head to those who post some type of avatar... whether it be a 'real' image, a favored pet, or what have you.

now, that's just my anal retentive thought process (pretty hard to maintain for someone with IBD).. sort of akin to a present really isn't a present without the gift wrap. and as for difficulty, anyone having a problem on here knows just to ask... whether it's about symptomology, money, recipes, or posting an avatar.

speaking of which, anyone heard anything lately from soupdragon. hope she is doing ok

And, as an aside, i've been contemplating getting out of the PI business. theres a negative side to it... you see a lot of dark things.. think it does impact health. If I can come up with something else to pay the bills YET fit in with my IBD, etc., then I may toss in the towel; at which time I'll bid adieu to my 'phony' avatar.
