Had Barium Enema Test Today

Hi everyone.

I had my barium enema test today, which I guess went okay. The radiologist kept saying he couldn't see the stricture that showed up when they did the colonoscopy, so I don't know what to make of that.

The prep yesterday wasn't as bad as I thought. The radiology lab where I went does the Magnesium Citrate prep, and to be honest, I didn't think it was that bad, just kind of like a sour type of Sprite, as I went with the lemon flavor. I've had worse than that, to be honest.

I see my doctor in late January. If there's anything else, I'll keep you guys updated.

I agree, the Magnesium Citrate isn't too bad. Way better than colonoscopy prep.

We have Picolax here in the Uk, a galss of a fruity like water and repeated 4 hours later...my cousin in Ohio had Golyghtly and said it was 3 litres I think and sludgy!!
