Had the flu

I don't know if i am just getting older (44 years old ) or if its the crohn's but it seems like it's getting harder to shake a cold or the flu.

I'm no authority, but it's bound to be true as crohn's meds try to check your immune system.

welcome to the forum f4... as we do get older is harder, but as dexy says, I would have your blood work done. When tend to lose vitamins too and over time it can affect us.
