I just typed 'aloe intestinal bleeding' into the Yahoo search bar and I didn't have any popups on any of the sites I checked out.
I have no idea who Dr. Standley is, but here is a quote from his site -
"DO NOT take Aloe Vera if you are pregnant or if you have any gastro-intestinal disorders. May cause allergic reactions, cramping or diarrhea. If taken internally as a purgative, it may cause a hemorrhage. DO NOT exceed recommended dosages. If taken as a laxative in excess, it could lead to irritation of the bowels or ulcers."

I'm not saying not to take it, I'm just saying that *I* won't risk it personally. It may be great for "normal" people, but not Crohnies in my opinion.
