So I completed the 3 month hash oil regime actually a couple months ago but haven't had time to post results till now. I found the hash oil had 3 benefits but nothing that helped my Crohns. The benefits were I sleeped deeper during the night, I spared my lungs from heavy smoking, and I actually lost 2 extra pounds I was carrying. I found I was hungry less and my body went into a state of homeostasis. I had the opposite problem that a lot of Chrons have with weight issues. Maybe because of my pot smoking for most of my adult life weight gain has never been an issue for me, in fact I had gained too much weight over the years and was hovering between 185 and 175 lbs. But after the 3 month hash oil regime I had lost a bunch of weight and that was because mysteriously for my body at least, hash oil made me less hungry till I plateaued at my overall healthy body weight of 162 lbs. I'm 5'8'' and active if it helps complete the picture of where my weight should be as a 36 year old male. I stopped the hash oil regime a couple months ago and my weight has stayed the same even though my appetite is waaaay back. So with that I'm overall pleased, but as a recommendation for curing Crohns as least in my observation it didn't help get rid of it, in fact during the 3 month regime I still had bloody poos. But on my path towards a cure I came across and another method that has kept me flare free and zero blood in stools, and that is I've been juicing now for several months, almost every day using carrot, red beet root and greens, ginger, celery, kale, apples and cilantro sometimes. I drink about 1 mason jar full a day. And THIS has been the most overall beneficial treatment for my Crohns than ANYTHING I've done before. I came across the Gerson Diet in my searches, and found the book on this therapy at the library. This one is also shown to help cure cancer as well as the hash oil. Even though i don't have cancer I'm always looking for any approach that might cure my Crohns. And I can say that ever since I've been juicing my overall Crohns has felt almost completely better, aside from the occasional diarrhea and cramping from eating foods I shouldn't out of weakness. The only drawback is that it gets expensive constantly buying organic produce, but then again my health is worth any amount of money.
