My name is Sam and I am a senior in college. I was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease back in October. I was pretty much all throughout the month of September very sick before I went to a GI specialist. I had two procedures done with the first one being a upper endoscopy and I did not get any better after that and so I was admitted into the hospital in the month of October and then a colanoscopy was performed and that was when I was diagnosed. I was released from the hospital less then a week later where I was put on a steroid and other medications to make my stomach calm down. A little over a month ago, I was put on humira. I am doing very well now and I'm in the last semester of college.
