Hello from a new member

Hi guys. I'm Ari and I live in Jersey, UK. I was dx with CD in in 2006 in North Carolina. No surgeries so far, but there's one (elective) coming my way in mid feb. I have strictures and have had several obstructions. I'm not in a lot of pain atm, but I do know what it means when you lower yrself to begging for morphine cos nothing else works. I'm happy to have found this forum.

Welcome Ari. Yes, it's tough on your psyche when you're relegated to beg for something of your doctor. For me, it was to finally be referred to a GI after almost a year of trying this and that, with no results.

Hope you enjoy the forum as much as I do. Lots of good folks here and lots of good information and first-hand experience with all aspects of our disease.
