Hey guys I found online a supplement called Boost , not the enery drink like red bull
But the nutritional supplements it sound good & I want to try it but can't find it over here in the uk , can I get it off my GP? Or is there any other supplement u can sujest
Apart from these as I can not keep them down &I need dairy free
If anyone can help please do im so stuck & any type of mash food or broths are not staying down thankyou x

I have Fortisips and Fortijuices from my GP when I am flaring. They were originally prescribed by my dietitian who worked out how many I would need each day to get the correct amount of nutrients and calories.

Yea I've had them but they don't stay down I get badley sick with them, x
