Help! Need advice! Abscess/cyst of labia

I've recently discovered a lump on the left side of the labia vaginal area! It's very sore and I wonder if this could be a crohns fistula? I've never experienced this b4 so I'm very nervous about it! Your thoughts, experiences and input would be greatly appreciated!

It could be a bartholin's cyst, but you should definitely have your gynecologist examine you.
