HELP! Please read!

I just had an operation on my Small and Large bowel and also my ureter... I don't know how to explain this but i think the tip of my penis has stuck together
They supposably put in a ureter stent through my penis and i think there is some dried blood on tip of penis sticking it together. I have not urinated since the procedure and i'm really scared. Is this normal and when i urinate it will open up? Please help, this is urgent!

Are you in hospital right now?
If so ask one of the nurses your question until you can see your doctor.
If not, how long is it since your surgery/

I'm in hospital right now, i only just had the surgery yesterday night. I got some baby wipes and started wiping it to try and clean it, some blood was discharged. They said after my surgery this can happen so i'm not too worried, i'm just worried about the dried blood in tip :'( I'll have to get one of the nurses to examine me in the morning. The only one on now doesn'tt speak very good english and i can't understand him

Hi Aaron,
It may be that your fluid intake is low and you are not producing much in the way of urine output.
Are you connected to IV solutions and pain control meds.?
There will be a doctor available for night time and you could ask for a doctor visit.
Are you still nothing by mouth?
I think it could be important if you continue to experience no urine output to let the surgical staff know about it.
Has there been any post op visits from the surgeon?
Which country are you in? Maybe Canada?
