Hi - I am Henry - 16, for those who don't know me. I have done modulen before for 6 weeks, and it was very successful. Now for the past 3 days I have been on it, but planning to do 6 weeks of it.
At the moment I am trying to do 3,000 ml a day. This is a volume I find quite easy to get through. My doctor said I should take 2,200 ml and that any extra was fine. I believe he said this was a 'concentrated' version, but not sure exactly what that means.
I am trying to get my weight up as quickly as possible, so that when I go back to school in early september (I have about 2 1/2 weeks of holiday left) I will be a normal weight, and will appear normal and able to do sports (even though I will have surgery quite soon after going back and I was told I wouldn't be able to play sports for 6 weeks after that).
What do you think of this plan? I am 50 kg at the moment, and I am 172 stone. Can I get to a good amount of body mass before my school term starts again? the 3,000 ml has caused no problems - no sickness or vomiting at all, and I have plenty of energy - although I am drinking none or very little water - is that a really bad idea? Thanks.
