High blood sugar with Humira???

My doctor just called & said that my blood glucose levels were high @ 175! It was not a fasting test but I have a CMP & CBC done every 3 months due to being on Humira. My blood sugar has never been that high even without fasting. So now we'll do a fasting test & a A1C test too! Has anyone else experienced this as a side effect of Humira? Appreciate any input! Thank you

Ds has been on humira for 4 years without issue .
Have you been on steriods multiple times?
Steriods use is known to cause a lot of things
Diabetes is one of them
Additionally having one autoimmune disorders puts you at risk for others

Hope the bloodwork comes out ok

I have been on Humira for close to 2 years. I have not been on steroids for quite some time! I was on Budesonide for 6 weeks but that was about 2 years ago. I really have not been on steroids but twice in about 15 years or so!

MY blood sugar is 85 to 105 2 hours after a meal. I test a few times a week depending on what i eat because i'm pre diabetic. Humira has not messed with my blood sugar as far as i can tell, but i have only be on it a few months.

As far as I know, my sugar level has been fine on Humira.
