Is anyone out there aware of any data indicating the average length of time it takes to have ongoing inflammation before intestinal fibrosis sets in and causes strictures?
My Crohn's symptoms began with my appendectomy, and it was almost one year exactly between the date I had my appendix out and the date I had my first small-bowel resection, in which they removed a stricture.
