I find working with 3-4 year olds is the best way to make sure you're full of cold all winter

How about having your lovely boyfriend sneeze all over you? I was sat on the floor with my niece, he sneezed without covering his nose or anything and I felt drops land all over me! He knows I'm on immunosuppressants! I told him if I catch something he is in big trouble.

So far this winter down under has been uneventful for any major flu outbreaks. Hopefully that will be the outcome up there as well!

My hubby knows when he comes home, after being with 200men who probably dont wash their hands (sorry guys but stats say only 20% do lol) and he goes on a plane, into an airport, comes home and loves the dogs up... he has to wash his hands first and if he has a cold he sleeps in another bed. I still have crap in my chest from the last one he gave me. If I pick him up, I have antibacterial wipes and if he has a cold he dont get a smooch lol. :kiss:

I reckon a lot of problems come down to being too hygenic. If we kill all those bugs how can we get immune to it?

I'm liking this Immune suppression thing! My GF is sitting upstairs hacking and wheezing from a cold she got early last week. I showed signs of it a few days after she did and only exhibited mild symptoms for two or three days. That is 3 for 3 since I started treatment. I think most of the grief from colds and flue is our immune system and not the bug at all.

Now if I caught Meningitis or pneumonia or something serious that would be different! But I don't fear that small stuff at all anymore
