Hungry and nauseated at the same time?

How is it that I can be starving and nauseous at the same time. I feel like I want to eat, but then I take a bit and feel like vomiting. I'm so tired of this!

Heh, I had this EXACT feeling when I was in my first trimester of both pregnancies. It is not fun.
