Hey guys

I've suffered from UC for about 4 years. Thankfully its not painful bet i usually have a lot of blood.

Well, here in the UK we've had some sun recently and this year my hay fever has returned.

I got some Tesco branded anti histamines which contain 10mg of Loratadine.

The first day of taking the tablets i noticed that there wasn't any blood on the tissue. This is a rarity but i didn't think too much of it, but over the coming days, this kept happening until we had a dull day and i didn't have the hay fever tablets. That day i had blood on the tissue again.

That peeked my interest, so I've continued to use the tablets and haven't experienced any further bleeding.

A pack of tablets is only £1.50 for 14 and you only need 1 per day. Plus there aren't any side effects.

I wanted to post this to see if this is repeatable in others.

If you give this a try, please post your feedback.

Thanks

This rings a bell with me for some reason, but can't remember why.I've been researching stuff for my dogs many problems lately so it may have been that.I do have Piriton in,but Tescos is a much better deal.Thankyou.

This isn't actually that uncommon, if you search on the forum for the word 'antihistamine' you'll see a few other people reporting improvement with antihistamines too. You might be interested in reading this Wiki article.
