We are expecting guests this weekend so yesterday, I spent a lot of time deep cleaning my house. Last night the weather changed. So not only am I hurting because I over exerted my self yesterday, but my joints hurt because of the drastic change in temp. There is no food (other than snacks) to make for dinner, and I really don't have the energy or will to walk around the grocery store. I have gained 25 lbs for some unexplained reason in the last 3 months so I really don't want to order out. Why can't there be a healthy alternative place that delivers. humph

I suggest you meditate until you feel that tickley sensation down your spine. I try and do that every day its your body giving off healing qualities.

I suggest you also each day go outside no matter the temp so you body can adapt to the outside. I suggest you stay outside for up to thirty minutes and then come back in and get nutrition into yourself. You will feel stronger over the days you do it. Gaining weight is normal because winter is coming IMHO but work it off so you get energy that was fat to your bodys different systems.

Hi,
I understand what you mean when you get one of those times when you really have no energy it's so hard to motivate yourself to even move, let alone do all the things you plan to do.
You mention 'we' so if you have a partner or friend you live with, i'm sure they will understand and be able to help out. If not, i know you wanted to avoid it, but sometimes just getting a takeaway may be easier option, it's not worth stressing out trying to get things done and making yourself more ill. Just eat a bit better after to make up for it.
Helen
