I'm wondering about this, I have never taken LDN, do not plan to because I simply use some other meds, but that doesn't mean I'm not interested in it's effects.

Naltrexone blocks endorphins so just a neutral question without follow up out of interest, I don't know LDN's effect on endorphins.

I wonder if blocking the endorphins is raising the endorphins as a result.

If you take LDN, are you at any time depressed, perhaps during or after exercise.

Thank you.

Take LDN daily (eeer, nitely) and perform very demanding physical labour 5 days out of 7 and have never felt better... either emotionally or physically. The mere fact that LDN has (for lack of a better phrase) given me my life back has me on an emotional hi that is into its 5th year. I do, occasionally (altho very occasionally) yearn for those heady days pre Crohns when life was... simpler, less complicated... and I looked forward to an early retirement with lots of travel to warm, sunny, exotic locales where topless sunbathing was embraced AND shoveling snow was unheard of. I have since given up on that dream... just miss it every once in a while. You know what I mean?
