Found what felt like a sore on rectum last night and looked with the mirror where the pain is is really red and I think that there is a small hole there. Now what

Just found a similar thing last thursday. I went to see a rectal surgeon and he said I have 2 fistulas. go see a doc asap

I agree with Amaze, you'd be best to get it checked.

saw GI not a fistula thank God but she did some labs and my crp is screamingly high along with other stuff being out of wack started flagyl and waiting for labs to come back to start 6mp

Must be huge relief that it's not a fistula and hopefully the antibiotic will get rid of it. Not so good news about the flare though :-( It's probably a good job you caught it early.
