Is this a flare?

I have a preliminary diagnosis of Crohn's. I have been on Pentasa for two months. Shortly after having my gallbladder out, I noticed an extreme gas-type pain in my pleural cavity. It'd hurt extremely, but I'd get up, walk around and burp, and it'd go away. Now four months later, I am noticing the same thing at night when sleeping on my stomach. Extreme pain centered where my gallbladder was in addition to soreness throughout the abdomen. By walking around and rubbing my abdominal area, I can get it to subside in about 20 min. Also recently saw doc about possible sinus infection. Got new anti-biotic and prescription Zantac in addition to Pentasa and several supplements. My question is: Is this what most of you would consider to be a flare? Thank you for your time.
