So I have complained several times to my doctor and received lots of worthless advice, without them ever actually looking at the problem. The last being try tucks pads (which hazel for hemroids). I foolishly tried these and it led to super painful death burning tell I could jump in a shower and wash it off.... Raw damaged skin sure gets no help from it.

Ok so here is the yucky description part. My anus aside from being deep red raw and angry has at least 3 poorly healed tears. When looking at it in the mirror. What would be tword the front of my body there is a deep weird shape that is always filled with white mucus or puss. I have to use both hands to spread the cheeks so it's impossible for me to explore or try and clean it further. I do know it's definantly going in wrong direction to be terminating in my gi tract. The part that would be tword my back is just some deep looking fissures that were ripped durning a bout of constipation doing some backpacking 8 months ago that still haven't healed.

What do I have to do to get a doctor to actually look... I know it will haunt their minds if it doesn't cause their eyes to bleed out. But damn it something is wrong down there and it's not getting better :(

Sounds familiar lowone.
I told the GI whilst having an Infliximab infusion - no interest.
A few days later, the pain drove me to the emergency room. I was admitted, had surgery that night to "clean up a thrombosed hemy". Sent home a few days later.
I was back one week later as my anus and rectum were so ulcerated - morphine could not dull the agonizing pain. The CRS showed me a photo from the EUA - it was a mess. I had surgery the next day and now have an ileostomy.
I say pull your pants down and make them look.

I agree with all the above.

I'm not how the system works where you are, but if it's difficult to see another GP, then tell your surgery that if they won't examine you properly then you'll go straight to the Emergency Dept and will explain to them that you ended up there because your own docs (and name them) refused to treat you properly, and so you were forced to use the hospital and take up valuable but inappropriate resources. Hopefully that will wake them up a bit.

I can't believe that any doctor worth their salt wouldn't take a look as the first line of action. They must know that no-one in their right mind would be going to them for this reason for some kind of fun. Most people leave things too late because it is so embarrassing! My GP actually started clapping and saying "Well done for coming!" because she appreciates how difficult it can be.

I also have a similar problem with skin tags, fissures, and a general raw/inflamed look. Luckily I was diagnosed pretty quickly with perianal disease which is when you have crohns in your bottom area. I've tried many things for it with not much success but mine is very severe. I dont know if you have pain with bm's, I do and to help I use nupercainal about 15 minutes before a bm (nupercainal can be bought at walgreens) and that helps with the pain. Aldo after a bm I use calmoseptine which soothes the raw parts, and can also be bought at walgreens.
It also sounds like you may have a fistula with the puss, if you mention this to your doctor he should look at it as they can get infected easily. If he still doesn't look at it I would recommend finding a new doctor, it's wrong that a GI doctor doesn't want to look at an area that could be serious. If you have any questions feel free to ask. I (unfortunatly) have a lot of experience with these problems.
