Joint knee pain by having perdnisolone

Hi friends...
I am prashant from India. I am suffering from UC last 10years.. sach a bad dieses of life..I was also on prednisolone even whenever I take any stress and whatever I have been started blooding in stool and motion also..then doctor put me on prednisolone and antibiotic..now I am having horrible knee pain. I cant run well..and having problem in morning time also..plz plz plz tell me what should I do...plz help me...this UC nd knee pain are big problem in my career..i want to get relief..plz tell me.
