Well after 5 plus years of health problems back Jan was finally diagnosed with crohns . I wasn't happy about it but hay it could of been a lot worst !

Getting a firm diagnosis made me feel more comfortable ...
it was like...okay, that's what I have now let's do something about it! :ysmile:

Jan is January, as in, back in Jan I was diagnosed with Crohns!

Jan was meant to be January , and after 5 years it is good to have this under control ,the hardest part was learning to eat by the clock as i have no appetite and would go all day with out eating so that led to malnutrition . severe joint pain is a big problem as i am a mining equipment mechanic do a lot of heavy . i also have dyslexia please excuse bad spelling and gramer.
