Just generally PISSY!

Yup...that is how I am feeling right now - pissy, pissy PISSY!.......

Was going to go to an ice cream social at the fire house tonight, and go to my Mom's to see my sister again before she heads back down to a friends' house before heading back to Canada with my nephew......BUT......

I'm tired, been a long week, knee is a little sore from me falling on rocks on Sunday (but at least I didn't break anything!).....brand new computer docking station crapped out at work this afternoon, been dealing with new/updated programs and settings with are a pain int he ass to work through....

THEN - went to ride my mare Marci around the pasture to show the horses a 'new' area I opened up for them to eat the...normally not a problem at all - I walk her up to the rock I use as a mounting block int he pasture - there was a piece of wire fence on the ground, no big deal....UNTIL one of hte other horses must have hit it, because as soon as I jumped to get on her back, she shied/spooked away to the side and I didn't have a good enouh hold to stop her...so OFF I went - onto the ground on my arm and OTHER knee.....at least Marci stopped a waited for me to get up and catch her, then after I moved the wire she walked right up to the rock and I was able to get on her.....

Oh - and I think I'm clenching my jaw as the right side is bothering me and feels 'tight'...and the damned kitten won't leave me alone! It is now against my left ear purring away.......

Oh wow! Good thing you didn't get hurt any worse! Sorry about the crappy day. I've been super nauseated, woke up and threw up first thing. Counted the hours until hubby got home from work...after he eats dinner he leaves to run errands. So I have to do baths and bedtimes, again.

Just go to bed early and get some sleep. That's what I do sometimes when I feel pissy. I tell my family I'm putting myself in a time-out and I go lie down.

yup...heading to bed now - took a lortab earlier to ease the assorted aches and pains - can't wait to see if my leg is colorful in the morning....need to close windows before any more bugs come in - hope hubby doesn't wake me (although I kind of wish he would, wink, wink.....) when he gets home from work at whatever ungodly hour.....going to try to get up and out of the house early to stop and say goodbye to my sister and nephew - Mom tried the 'guilt trip' - nephew said he wanted to see me.....oh well.....just didn't want to put up with my sister...but that is another rant/vent.....she has actually been pretty good with me this visit - even brought me booze for my birthday!~

Night all - hope to be in a better frame of mind tomorrow - have a fairly serious security/emergency planning meeting to attend tomorrow morning and need to be on my 'A' game!
