Kidney pain while on all meds..pain

I have been dealing with what i think is kidney pain. I wake up with this dull but crampy pain undwr both side of my lungs in my back. Its been happening for a few weeks but today is mpre noticable. Usually after my tramadol and tylenol kicks in i can handle the pain

Im on Pentasa, Imuran amd Remicade . Do u think being on all 3 of these is the culprate to my pain?

I have no other symptoms.

I don't think that all 3 are the culprit to the pain, but maybe because you are on imuran it could be a kidney infection? Only cause you are immunosupressed. I would say if symptoms are bothering you or get any worse, call your doc for piece of mind

Pentasa is associated with Kidney disease in some individuals, a serious side effect.

The combination of immunosuppressors and pentasa can also be something to consider as it takes a beating on your body.

HOWEVER.....it would be in your best interest to make an appointment with your doctor to confirm that it is indeed kidney pain. And if the symptoms persist or get worse you should go to the ER for evaluation. Hope you feel better soon.

Could also be your gallbladder.
A few simple tests will identify the culprit.

To me this sounds like a symptom way too vague to be diagnosed without a doctor visit and tests - sorry! I find the location in which pain is felt to be a poor indicator of what the problem is.

I have to agree with the others, it could be a number of things, some relating to meds and some not. The best thing is to let your doctor know so they can work out what's happening and get it sorted out.
