I've been a long time reader of this great forum.
I'd like some advice from the only people who really understand this illness.
Has anybody ever taken legal action for any reason against a consultant due to a Crohn's related problem.
I'd be interested to hear anyones experience with this as it is something i am considering doing.
So far i have spoken to PALS (Patient Advice Liasion Service) - they would not commit but said i had a strong case.
The GP i used to have was quite baffled by my consultants advice(if you can call it that!) but sadly he left my practice.I have in my possesion every letter sent from my consultant about me to my GP.
I live near London(UK).
If anyone can relate to this i'd be very grateful.
