Can Levsin hurt me when I don't take it for abdominal pain? I just took a pill because I have been visiting the bathroom a lot today.

Levsin is an anti-spasmodic, it works to slow the stomach, the intestines and fluids, including acid. One of the side effects can be constipation but it isn't the case for everyone.

As for taking it when you don't have pain it shouldn't affect anything. But if you check out drugs.com and input levsin it will give you all the guidelines and possible side effects.
