hope everyone is doing well (as can be)
I was wondering how many use meditation as a form of self help, relaxation, etc.
If you have not tried it, i can't help but to encourage you to look into it. There are many really good guided meditations. Some are easier then others It can also be as simple as deep breathing/ releasing ~ with nice music or quiet. Going through your body , tightening and relaxing.....it can really create a soothing feeling.
Meditation can help with stress, a more positive outlook, sleep, even aid in digestion. It can also possibly help some have a better outlook on their condition, handling the curves we are thrown and just a better feeling about yourself. (you are all fabulous ~ stars!)
