MRI Friday, Advice?

Just a really silly question I think, I am due to have my MRI on Friday. I'm on Entocort and for the past two days have been feeling like i'm getting a flu and Sore Throat, everyone in the office is sick with this and those not out sick and in the office sick.

Will they do my MRI if I am sick? I don't know if i should go home and stay in bed to get rid of this and lessen the risk of me getting sicker or am I being a drama queen???? If i miss my MRI i will have to wait until November for another appointment.

Hospitals normally say if you have suffered from d or vomiting in the last 48hrs do not go (to stop bugs from spreading ... D from crohns doesnt count). Otherwise you should be fine. It should only take 30mins or so

I am ok then, only almost vomited last night at 4am... for no reason woke up and was going to be sick.... lets hope it doesn't actually happen between now and then.

Hope you feel better but honey go get that MRI done. Doesn't take long at all but the info they find out will help you stupendously!

I don't care if my leg is falling off i'll be there, they are just so particular here sometimes they won't do a procedure or scan if your unwell.

I'm sure it will be fine! Just don't mention it unless they ask. Much better that you get it done, crazy that you will have to wait until November otherwise!
