MRi results = sacroiliitis

Just got my MRI results and they confirmed I have sacroilitis related to my Crohn's disease. Lots of words in the report that i don't understand like Romanus lesions and subchondral bone marrow edema but I need to do some research I guess.
The doctor wants to start me on Remicade but I'm very hesitant - I will read through the threads on Remicade.
The irony of it all is that I feel great right now!

I too have sacroileitis.....was down and out for about a WEEK when it manifested itself (after a visit to the chiropractor!).....NOT a fun thing to have - took me over a half hour one day to get up off the ground.....and that was WITH Lortabs!....

I have been on Remicade with it, and have NOT had any flares like that first one since.....
