Mucus in poo

I would like to ask a question: Is it normal to have a lot of Mucus in my poos ???

Only if it's not normal for you, if it's changed over time.
Mucus can be a sign of inflammation brewing.
Have you got a dx of an IBD, Crohn's or UC?

Everyone has a very small amount of mucus in their stool as it is present in the intestines. However, large or unusual amounts are not normal and should be reported to a doctor.
