Multiple bowel movements

So i know that theres alot of people who have alot of urgency and have to use the bathroom multiple times a day, my question is this
After i finish up with my BM, just as I stand up i ususlly find myself habing to go again and then again. Before my surgery it was like this sometimes but also every hour. Now, not so much every hour. Before surgery i was also habing alot of urgency amd not having complete movements as well. Now i def feel like i am having mychore complete, dunno if thats the right word, butore complete evacuations, especially compared to pre surgery. Anyway it only occurs this multiple movements one after the other maybe 1 or 2 times a day.

That happens to me ocasssionally.

Its almost as if as soon as i am done wiping, i have to go before i even stand up. And there are mny times where i have gone a second time before standing up.

BMs are also rather painful still, and my lower stomach muscles seem to contract without any control, almost makes me feel like im going to throw up at times.

Feels like I have to strain sometimes.

Def feels like i have to strain most times still. Even after my surgery. I still feel like i have what others have described as constipated diarrhea. Feeling alot of lower left and lower right pain today, and my mom told me i look super pale today. Would explain why i have been feeling so ******.
