Natural Treatments for Fistulas?

Good Day Everyone,

Let me say thank you in advance for any help anyone has to offer,

second please don't tell me to search, if you don't have time to reply with knowledge then please don't reply.

I am looking for any ideas, either from experience or research, of natural treatment for fistulas.

For Example,
Herbs, Vitamins (i.e. B#), or Whole foods that are suppose to aid in the extinction of fistulas in the host body.

I understand surgery and prescription drugs are one route but I am looking for another approach then what main stream offers.

Well sitz baths which are warm water in a tub or basin are helpful for cleaning out anal fistula. It certainly is a natural treatment and you can add Epsom salt if you wish.
