need you again

So Saturday I was in er dx with upper respiratory infection. The allegra isn't being digested and i see it in the toilet. Last night had bad cramps and runny d with a little blood on tp. Woke up this morning after 2 hrs of sleep my lower back hurts my chest and my joints hurt and of course my stomach. Waiting on nurse to call back. Any input? Should I go to er or is this the infection and I have to let it run its course?

If you are questioning going, I would go. Also if you have a lot of sinus and respiratory infections (as I do/did) ask about Singulair. Seems to have helped me.

Ok finally got a call back Dr said its all part of the infection and to rest but I just took my temp and its almost 101 I feel miserable should I just lay in bed or see if the er can give some relief?
